Flexibility

  • Our flexibility class will improve your quality of life as well as make you look even more awesome on the pole in our pole dance fitness classes

  • You don't have to be a poler to attend though

  • Suitable for anyone wishing to improve their flexibility, whether you're flexible already or not in the slightest

  • Everyone aged 16 and over is welcome

  • Benefits include:

    • Relaxation and relieving stress

    • Improved sleep

    • Improved posture

    • Better breathing

    • Improved sex life

  • You will work at your level on shoulder and upper back flexibility, hip flexibility (the splits!), back and core flexibility etc

  • Class taught by experienced, certified and qualified, insured and first aid trained Instructor Lisa Jarrold

Typical class format

Warm-up >> Combination of stretching techniques (static, passive, active, dynamic, PNF, Yoga and Pilates based etc) >> Cool down
